Refund policy

At Shop Kang, your safety and satisfaction are important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please review the policy carefully before purchasing.

No Returns or Refunds

Most of our products are wellness devices and beauty tools. For hygiene, safety, and device integrity reasons, all sales are final and not eligible for return or refund once the order has been processed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Wellness and therapy devices

  • Beauty tools and personal care equipment

  • Aromatherapy-related tools

Exceptions

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received an incorrect item, or

  • The item is defective upon receipt

Reporting an Issue

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos or videos are required for verification.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Important Notes

  • Change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference are not valid reasons for return or refund.

  • Minor cosmetic or packaging imperfections that do not affect product functionality are not considered defects.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
